It’s a million degrees outside

I wanted to run 5 miles before church this morning..then I stepped outside into the sauna that is eastern Nebraska. I thought I would go 4 miles instead. 78 degrees, 88% humidity. We are talking tropical humidity here!

My 4 to 5 mile run turned into a 5K. And I got chills by the end. Not a good sign, more like a heat stroke sign! Then weather is supposed to be like this for the foreseable future.

Ahhh summer! I spent most of the afternoon in the pool to make up for it! 😉
