
Dinner. Don’t let it fool you. It’s one of the easiest meals you’ll ever make. Proof: Step 1. Put 2 frozen chicken breasts in a crockpot. Add water. Set on high setting. Walk away for 6 hours. Step 2. Remove tender cooked chicken from crock, put in a medium bowl, mash to shred. Add seasonings. Tonight I used a little low fat mayo (can use cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt), Italian seasoning, garlic, add green – I used bell pepper (can use spinach or broccoli). Step 3. Grab a couple of cans of croissants. Unroll. Split into 4 long rows. Press seams together. Fill with chicken mixture. Pull around and press seams. Roll seams to bottom side. Twist. Step 4. In a bowl, beat 1 whole egg with Italian seasoning. Brush onto braids. Step 5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Step 6. Serve with a side salad. Step 7. Pretend like you spent ALL day cooking a gourmet dinner.
