This thing about marathon training causing weight gain – or at least derailing loss – has me concerned! I need to start ramping up the miles for a half. Prob not any consolation, but you are gorgeous and more muscle = more gorgeous. Keep training!

If it helps, I’ve never had the weight gain problem when I was training for halfs…just this time for the full. Maybe because the programs are shorter? I don’t know, but don’t let it keep you from ramping up your miles or being afraid to keep going. You got this!
