So I had to google the conversions for kg into pounds and cm into feet and inches and now I get it. I lost my weight the old fashioned way: diet and exercise. I didn’t do it all at once. I started by eating better for the first 6 weeks or so, then I added in walking on a treadmill and weight machines.
After I lost about 60ish pound that way I tried the Elliptical. Then I lost about 80 total pounds. Then, after doing that for awhile, I started running. Slowly at first, and not that far. And now, I’ve run countless 5k’s, 10k’s 2 half marathons and a Full Marathon last month!
I will say this; you can’t exercise away a bad diet. 90% of weight loss is in the kitchen. Take a good hard look at your diet. Are you eating food that will fuel you? I like to say that I eat “food from the earth.” Fruits and veggies, greens, whole grains, things like that. I still eat the fun foods, but in smaller portions and much less often.
good luck!
I hope this helps!
