Double Liam Neeson! I did NOT want to run tonight. I knew i needed to get a double Liam in, but didn’t want to when i got home. I got on the treadmill, telling myself i would do a single Liam Neeson 5k and then I could stop. Then I womaned up and pushed through the exhaustion and did it!

I killed it. 9:13/mile.
