My alarm went off at 445am.
And by 5am, I was on the treadmill.
8 miles, 80:40, 10:20 pace.
Before 7am, I was on the mat, doing Ab Ripper X.
Moral of this story? I DID NOT want to get up. My bed was warm and I was tired. But, as the saying goes, I do not regret that workout. I’m so glad it’s done though!
