Thank you Anon! I really appreciate that. I think that anyone can develop a strong sense of self control and will power. But like any muscle, if you don’t exercise it, you will lose it. Honestly, for me, I can’t circle a date on a calendar and say that’s when I’m going to do something life-changing. I just have to go for and make the change. It doesn’t work for everyone, but it does for me. I know you can do it Anon!
True story: When I got to my goal weight, my doc told me that only about 1% of people who try to lose weight can do it on their own like I did, without any help from a doctor or weight loss program. He said I’m the exception, not the rule. Don’t beat yourself up if you fall, just pick yourself and try again! You got this!
