Have you thought about trying eating “cleaner” to help with those last 5 pounds. I don’t really know your diet but I do think for most people who aren’t doing a “clean” approach already, simply pulling processed food out of the diet will make those pounds disappear AND make you feel GREAT and run faster. Good news all around.

You have an excellent point Anon. Upon examining my diet, I don’t actually eat a lot of processed foods anymore. I definitely cut back on those. But, I see your point. New plan: eliminate (most) process foods. I’ll report back with (hopefully good) news!
