I was tagged by the lovely Elizabeth at this-incredible-journey to list 5 of my quirks. In no particular order:
- I don’t like condiments on food. I don’t put syrup on my pancakes, ketchup on my fries, gravy on mashed potatoes. I don’t put much on burgers or hot dogs either.
- I like routine. A lot. If I deviate from my morning or night routines I can forget to do things like put on deodorant or brush my teeth. The struggle is real.
- I notice peoples catch-phrases or overuse of words and tend to fixate on them. For example, my co-worker says “piece” and “process” ALL THE TIME. That’s all I can hear when she’s talking. Other co-workers now say those words constantly too. I keep a running tally of how many times they’re said during meetings.
- I tend to eat the same things over and over again. I eat my avocado wraps (a whole grain wrap, avocado, shredded cheese, spinach, low-cal honey mustard dressing and sunflower seeds) several times a week. It’s fast and easy.
- I have to fall asleep on my right side. Even if I’m sharing the bed with someone else and they are facing me. It might be awkward, especially since I sleep in an eye-mask! 😉
