When people actually write out “THEE” when they are talking about someone that they want to emphasize.

For example: “I get to work with THEE Joe Smith.”

No. Just don’t. It’s used in pronunciation, not in spelling. I see what you’re doing, and I don’t like it. That word is the archaic version of you. Not the way to emphasize “the” when you’re writing something. I’m just saying.
