What I do.

So, I get a lot of anons who want info on what exactly I do. And the last anon was correct– I don’t answer them- and I don’t answer the random other stuff that comes across my inbox. I really don’t have time to do as such, however, I do email people back w/in 24 hours.

BUT— here are some answers.

1- I work full time in the gym as a cert trainer. My day starts early and ends late.

2- I’m also a mom who gets her kids to school in the am and trains myself at some point in the morning.

3- Yes, I do personalized meal plans for people– most via online, some in person. Most “real people” trying to lose weight. I only do IN PERSON competitors. I am certified in “personal nutrition”. I am not an RD.

4- If you are a vegetarian or have health issues, I can work with you to a point. However, I’m at a position, in which I can be “picky” with who I take as a client (I mean this as politely as possible).

5- I’m looking for clients who are open to change. Open to knowing that this takes TIME. Open to challenge themselves with their food habits.

6- I have a bunch of people who can probably do a better job explaining how I “DO THINGS” in terms of nutrition programming, so feel free to come OFF ANON and ask!

Clever Strength

Sabrina is amazing. She is smart, she knows what’s she’s doing, and she’s your cheerleader and coach. She is making a difference.

One week of @clevcrew’s food plan. Two weeks of lifting weights consistently. Five weeks of training runs. And this is where I’m at. This dress hugs every curve and makes me feel like a million bucks. It also helps that it is gorgeous here and I’m going with bare legs for the first time this season! This outfit is an NSV indeed!

I had my first check in last night with Sabrina. I honestly felt like I had not had any changes from the first photos I sent her. But that, my friends, is why you send in photos. I’m not going to put them here…I’m not comfortable with you guys seeing in me in a bikini yet…but, like the awesome coach she is, she pointed out what I couldn’t see: I’m starting to shrink in places. My thighs are where it’s coming off the fastest and I’m very happy about that. I’m also down 3 pounds. Small steps are just a part of the whole process.

I told Sab that I couldn’t stomach any more scrambled eggs so we switched up my plan and she gave me some advice on how to cook egg whites with my oats. I’m happy to report that the changes work great for me so far.

First, a big thank you to @perfectlywhelmed for reaching out to me about an Amazon wish list. I never thought to make one but I so appreciate it. (also, if anyone knows how to add pantry items to a wish list, let me know. Amazon was being goofy on that.) Instead, I added things for Jacks, some things to keep myself entertained and then some items I’m going to really need due to the burns.

Thursday Things

-My hair is pretty big today. That’s cool. I’m a fan.

-I also dig my outfit. I kinda look like Minnie Mouse

-In weird news, my ex (I know, I know) has defriended me on Snapchat. He got rid of his facebook last week and now this. I kind of just wish that it would have happened back in September when the break up happened…not now. It has been drug out to this place where I thought we were friends and things were good! But, apparently not. I think he just wants to be friends if I’m single. (I told him a month ago that I was dating other guys. He said that if he were seeing someone, he would just unfriend me on facebook.) Now I feel like things are weird and I REALLY want to call him on it. It REALLY SUCKS that he lives so close to me.

-I’m doing well on my @clevcrew meal plan. I have to admit that I really don’t care for the oatmeal. I dress it up with cinnamon but still!! Not my favorite.

-I had a guy want to go out with me who I had gone out with 2 years ago and had a terrible date with. I declined. I yawned through the whole date and was so bored. I don’t want to repeat that. No thanks.

-It’s Friday eve. Hooray! Have a good one cats!
