100 Days of Pushups.

You guys! I did it! I actually did the 100 days pushups challenge. I missed 2 days a couple weeks ago, but I made them up. When I started this in June I didn’t know if I would actually do the entire thing. But here were are. Despite that around day 50 my right shoulder became sore EVERYDAY and ached, I kept going.

The first photo is today. The second set of photos is from July 25th so about 30-some days into the challenge. My arms are awesome! I can hold more (my nearly 7 year old nephew still likes to snuggle and be held. he’s about 55 pounds! oof!) I can hold a plank without it hurting my arms. I have defined muscles. This is awesome.

Look at these guns baby! 36 days into the 100 day pushup challenge and I’m seeing results. 3 minutes planking is also helping!

My favorite part? Whatever that muscle is called that’s developing on the top and outside of my arm. Its freakin’ awesome!
