Two more videos to go and then I’m FREEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

I am so excited! While more video was downloading from Dropbox I: ran (just a mile!), ate dinner and watched Tuesday’s New Girl. I needed some ‘me’ time. Even if it was just 30 minutes. I’m in a good place.

Random things: my bedroom is freakin’ freezing. The only place for my bed is right up against the north and west facing windows-which apparently leak. So my room is a good 5-10 degrees colder than the rest of the house. And I’m cold all the time, all year round now, so you can imagine what’s happening to me at nights: I have a sheet, 2 blankets, my comforter, another fleece blanket and my robe spread across my bed. And last night I added another blanket to my bed at 1am! I’m also wearing pants, a t-shirt and sweat shirt to bed. Occasionally I have to add socks. This is ridiculous! It’s not even the coldest months yet. Things do not bode well for me. I need to do something about it, stat. Either that, or I’ll be an icicle by December.

I’m editing videos for my friend again. Luckily Rich, it’s not another music video! I might pull my hair out! At $100 a pop, I’ve got 3 done, and 3 to go…for $600 big ones! Christmas money FTW!

He said he wants me to do 2 more, I’ll see what i can get done before Tuesday night! I’m all about making a little extra cash! 🙂

Needless to say, I’m looking for some distraction. Anything you wanna know? Just ask!

Thursday things

Thank you for the kind words on this post. I was not having a good body day yesterday, so your comments made my day! Thank you!
I have 9 vacation days left to use by the end of the year. Southwest is having a fare sale. Coincidence? I think not!
Sadly, I can’t afford to go anywhere and stay at a hotel. Who wants me to come visit them in Chicago in December? 🙂
I wish I had more money
Throughout my run this morning, my toe next to my pinky toe hurt. I could tell my pinky toenail was causing troubles. When I took my shoes off I found I managed to cut my toe enough so that I was BLEEDING! I suffer for my runs apparently.
I’m having a girls night tomorrow with a couple of friends/co-workers. There will be Guacamole and Moscato and a movie. I’m pumped.
I really really really really wish I was going to Chicago this weekend. But I work a double at Corky Saturday and I’m really trying to make good life choices when it comes to my finances.
Remember the friend that I edit videos for? Well, I’m going to be doing more of that again in these next few weeks. Last year, all that editing earned me over $1500! I’m hoping to hit that number again. This time I will take the money and pay bills. Sigh. Being an adult sucks sometimes.

Things I’m doing right now: editing a music video for my friend that pays me to edit and do voice-over work for him.

After editing to it for 2 hours I officially hate it.

However, look at this sweet computer he set me up with! Its freaking awesome!

I just wanna go to bed… 😦
