Flashback Friday
My first work picture edition. This was October 2003. I was at or close to my heaviest weight. I would take another year and a half before I would start losing weight. So very glad I did.

Flashback Friday. My 5 year old nephew started kindergarten this week edition!
First picture, November 20, 2007. The day my first nephew, Jon, was born.
Second Picture, June, 2012. That same nephew and I running our first race together! He started running mile races when he was 4 because I run them!
I love that kid!

First picture: Circa 1998. I was 16 here. Not yet at my heaviest weight.
Second Picture: Last Saturday at a wedding. I’ve lost 150 pounds, more than half my body weight.
Life is good.
