My final Double Liam Neeson 5k (and then some! ) of the contest!

I actually tried to do a triple Liam, (is that even a thing?) But didn’t get up in time. As it was i was on the treadmill at 5:45am! That’s early.

I just ran 13.2 Miles less than 12 hours apart. Yeah baby! Haven’t run this far since the Marathon.
First double Liam Neeson: 10:54/ mile. Last .8 mile: 10:00/mile. My body was a little tired from the lack of rest time!

Tonight is girls night with my Lincoln tumblrs. I’m so excited! I’m sure there will be photo spam!

Tonight’s Double Liam Neeson 5k fueled by one fairly crappy day. It is amazing what a bad day will do for a run. I had a GREAT run! I left it all on the treadmill. That’s how you make a bad day better…run out your feelings. Works every time. (for me at least!)
First 5 miles: 10:54/mile. Last 1.2 miles: 8:57/ mile. I have NEVER run a mile that fast, ever! Take that, bad day!

I did a longer Liam Neeson today! Not quite a double but it’s a Liam Neeson 5k and 1.10 miles more! I needed to get 4 more miles in this week and had to do it today. Since my parents gave me their treadmill and I’m at their house for the holiday and the treadmill is at my house 45 minutes away, I knew I had to do this run outside. It’s 50° here and sunny ago I layered up and headed out. It was cold enough that I needed to walk to make my lungs feel better at times, and so my pace was slower. My calves were also super tight from the cold too! But it wasn’t too bad!

I did a .20 warmup and didn’t hear the runkeeper until I had gone 4.40 miles. A little extra won’t hurt! I forgot my garmin at home so I tried this app. It’s fine, I like my watch better.

Well that was super fun! Up at 545am to get this in before work. And surprisingly it was a good run! Mind over matter!

10:54/ mile for the first 5 miles and then I kick it up a notch for the last 1.2 miles! I ran a 9:31/mile for that.

I have to work today, but hope you all have a fantastic Thanksgiving!

Double Liam Neeson! I did NOT want to run tonight. I knew i needed to get a double Liam in, but didn’t want to when i got home. I got on the treadmill, telling myself i would do a single Liam Neeson 5k and then I could stop. Then I womaned up and pushed through the exhaustion and did it!

Double Liam Neeson done.

6.2 miles 10:54 for the first 5 miles. But the last 1.2 miles?

I killed it. 9:13/mile.

Look what you can do when you have a little faith in yourself!

Just got done with another Liam Neeson.

I just realized how that sounded.

Ok. I just got done running another Liam Neeson 5k.

I do warmup and then start running. The weather is perfect here. 63, cool, windy and cloudy. Perfect running weather. And I’m caught up and on pace again with my 900 miles for the year! Now i just have to make sure to get my 20 miles in this week!

Todays double Liam Neeson 5k brought to you by Spock and Wharf. (did i spell that right? I have no idea). My roomie loves all things Star Trek and Star Wars so her basement has all her memorabilia displayed in it. My room is in the basement and that’s also where my treadmill is. Fun fact of the day!
