I did my Race Epic this morning. I decided to do a 10 mile run for my race and I knew I wouldn’t want to do it after work! So I got up early, and banged it out on the treadmill!
Here are the stats:
first 8 miles 10:42/mile
Mile 9: 10:00/mile
Mile 10: 9:22/mile
Great run! Who would have ever thought just a few years ago that I would willingly get up at 5am to run 10 miles?! Certainly not me! 🙂
Now I’m going to hit the shower and get ready for work!
