Look who it is!!

a-yogi-who-wods came through Lincoln this morning on his cross-country road trip back home to Southern California…so we grabbed brunch. (BTW-Christian is such an awesome guy because he totally didn’t have to drive through Nebraska, but he did so we could hang out! Great friend, or a great friend?!)

I first met Christian back in September as he moved across the country. This time was even more fun because in those 7 months we’ve become pretty good friends who can just pick up where we’ve left off since the last time we spoke.

Safe travels as you make your way across the country my friend! You better believe I’m coming to San Diego to see you and Zito! 🙂

I feel so blessed

You guys continue to amaze me. I feel the love! I also feel so much better than I did yesterday! Thank you.

Isn’t it amazing what some kind words and sleep can do for the soul?

I need to learn to not let people get to me. My life is my own and I’ve got to remember that. I took myself on a 5 mile bike ride last night, just to get out of my own head. And it worked. I felt so much better and at ease when I got done!

So, again, thanks for all the comments and hugs you sent my way! I love you all!

In other news…I’m doing the Warrior Dash tomorrow. I’m beginning to freak out about it. The waiver form scares me a little…it says “serious injury or even death!!” That does not give me confidence! Also, I really don’t want to get hurt in the middle of training for Chicago. Oy.

I had a fairly crappy day at work on Friday. So many of you commented back to my post-and it totally made my day better! I know that who I am should be appreciated, but its nice to “hear” that from you guys too!
